- Representation of an international confectionary manufacturer in the development, negotiation, and implementation of an agreement with a third-party logistics provider, under which the manufacturer replaced numerous truckers and warehouses with a single-source provider responsible for all trucking, warehousing, and distribution in the US. Drafting a trucking contract for a Fortune 500 Company for use with various firms that supply it transportation services across the US.
- Serving as counsel to a property and casualty risk management consulting firm that has grown from a start-up to a firm that now serves clients across the US. Matters include licensing in multiple states, drafting and negotiating contracts with government entities, and sale of company stock to employees.
- Representation of a transportation company in the establishment of offices in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Louisville, KY, Toronto, and Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.
